Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re navigating anxiety or depression, carrying the weight of past experiences, or facing a major life transition. Our thoughts, circumstances, and lived experiences all shape how we feel and how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. You may notice signs of burnout, difficulty sleeping, or patterns of thinking that feel hard to break. Maybe you are grappling with shame or feel burdened by the various expectations placed on you by others or from within. You may even intellectually understand why you feel the way you do, but you still feel stuck and disconnected from your body and emotions.

If any of this resonates with you or reflects where you find yourself in this season of life, I would be honored to work together. I believe that therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself. It is a place where you can show up exactly as you are. A place where you can set aside the demands of daily life and gently remove the masks we often wear for protection.

My approach as a therapist is warm and empathetic, while also grounded in insight and practical strategies tailored to each client. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, relational concerns, and grief. I have a particular passion for working with women and young adults as they explore identity, purpose, and healing. My practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. In addition to these modalities, I often draw from principles found in Mind-Body Medicine and Somatic Experiencing to support nervous system regulation. In our work together, you will have space to clarify values, develop practical and sustainable coping strategies, and begin shaping a future that feels meaningful to you. For those who choose, I am also happy to offer counseling from a Christian perspective for individuals who wish to integrate their faith into therapy.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I am married and have two perfect pups, Topanga and Luna. I grew up in West Michigan, but have been down in the Indianapolis area for the last decade. I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active. I’ve also recently become an aspiring crafter, which is certainly a work in progress!

If you are considering taking this next step, I would love the opportunity to partner with you. Beginning therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone.
