Children & Adolescent
Your child may be experiencing relational, social, or behavior problems such as aggression, non-compliance, defying adults, attention and focus related problems, excessive temper tantrums, post-traumatic stress symptoms, depression, behavior problems, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, ODD, or any other relational, social, and/or behavioral challenges.
We utilize best researched techniques to help children and adolescents navigate and better manage their emotions and behaviors. We often take a family approach by integrating parents and coaching parents in skills to increase confidence and self sufficiency in setting limits and managing their child's behavior.
Our clinicians use cognitive-behavioral and problem-solving interventions to work with older children and teenagers to increase their awareness of and ability to manage their symptoms, also improving their interactions with parents, peers, and teachers.
