Acknowledging that you are struggling and reaching out for help is the first step in making major life changes, and I am here to provide a safe space to help you as you navigate through life’s challenges.

I have over 10 years of experience working with adults (ages 18+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship issues.  In addition to individual therapy, I have experience providing family and group therapy to those who have decided to make the commitment and put in the work to make life changes.

My therapy style is a strengths based, person centered approach where I work alongside my clients to develop treatment goals as well as areas of growth. With this style, I utilize skills from multiple evidence based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to name a few.  I will help you explore issues and develop solutions in an environment where it is safe to be vulnerable.

If you find yourself in a situation where it is difficult for you to manage daily life due to your mental health and/or substance abuse struggles, come talk to me. Together, we will work to develop the tools you need in order to have peace in your life.
