Mental health is just as important as physical health, and taking care of your mental wellbeing is an investment in your overall health and happiness. Whatever brought you to reading my bio, you're already taking a courageous step towards making a positive change in your life.

As your therapist, I want to help you feel comfortable and empowered on your journey to improved mental health. Whether you're experiencing panic attacks or symptoms realted to trauma, you're a new parent feeling misunderstood and struggling with isolation, or feeling stuck in decision-making feeling terrified of making the wrong choice, I'm here to help. I am committed to helping you overcome your challenges and find the peace and happiness you deserve. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I believe that everyone has the power within them to heal and grow. There is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. That's why I use a blend of dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and neuroscience to meet your individual needs.

My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. I have extensive training in postpartum/perinatal mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and autism spectrum disorder, so you can trust that you're in good hands. While I believe that healing takes time, I also understand that everyone works at their own pace. I'll meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. Together, we'll work towards finding solutions to the challenges you're facing.

When I'm not in the therapy office, you can find me playing and coaching soccer, hanging out with my rescue dachshunds, Layla, Lincoln, and Leonardo, spending time with my son Conrad, and enjoying the outdoors. I also enjoy listening to podcasts and watching documentaries.
